BISONS SWEEP STRUCTURES AWAY
BISONS SWEEP STRUCTURES AWAY
9/21/05.....The
Motor Pool Renegades won their 3rd MSESL title in the past 4 years after
defeating Highway Structures 9-3 last night at the Common completing a
2-game sweep of their long time rivals. The Bisons took the series opener
17-9 last Friday night also at the Common. Chris White (4 for 4) and John
Megan (3 for 4) each homered for the Renegades who also received yet another
strong playoff performance from Al "The Natural" Miller. "The Nat" held
Structures to just single runs in the first, fourth and sixth innings as the
Bisons combined Miller's strong effort with solid defense and timely hitting
on their way to their 3rd MSESL title.
